The expense to the global economy is 1.3Trillion USD, but it is not possible to put value to the loss of human lives, pain, and grief to all involved. About 60% of the incidents stem from food service providers. Our mission, at Phenium, is to eradicate foodborne illnesses by providing more efficient processes and tools for the food service industry. We are dedicated to take small but impactful steps. Imagine, just a 1% reduction in foodborne illnesses gives us 6.000.000 fewer ill people, 4,200 lives saved and $13 Billion dollars in savings. That is our first goal.
